Boca Raton has an interesting history.Boca Raton and Delray Beach are absolutely fabulous areas in which to live, work and/or play. If you do not find your community, then click on search entire MLS.Basically there are regular private home and condo ungated communities. These you can find in every price range by searching the MLS.

Among the Gated Communites that are NON Equity Luxury Communities in Boca are: AZURA, FIELDBROOK ESTATES,  THE OAKS, THE PRESERVE, SANTA BARBARA and SYMPHONY BAY.

BOCA POINTE is a gated community which is a kind of hybrid. It does have golf, tennis and a complete social life for equity members. You can choose to have Equity and, thus, the country club amenities or not. In any event you would still have the benefits of a gated community. 

The major Country Club communities with FULL EQUITY AND GOLF  in Boca Raton are:  BOCA WEST, BROKEN SOUND, THE POLO CLUB, ST. ANDREWS,  and WOODFIELD.

Delray Beach shares many of the same characteristics as Boca Raton. It too has gated communities that are non equity and full equity country clubs. Delray Beach Homes tend to be somewhat newer than those in Boca but this is not always true. Among the Gated Luxury Communities are GRAND ORCHID, BRISTOL POINT, MIZNERS PRESERVE  and two communities with the homes set on large pieces of land  RIO POCO, and STONE CREEK  RANCH. Of course, there are the full Country Clubs with required Equity. Among the most known are ADDISON  RESERVE AND MIZNER COUNTRY CLUB.
